Upgrade environment not set. The environment was not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to set the upgrade environment to an existing environment, but the upgrade environment specified by the UPGENVID parameter was not found on the system.
Recovery . . . : Use the Set Upgrade Environment (SETUPGENV) command again, specifying an existing upgrade environment.
