Cause . . . . . : An internal failure occurred in a disk preparation module. The requested disk preparation operation did not complete successfully.
Recovery . . . : Run the Gather Upgrade Information task or issue the Start Upgrade Preparation (STRUPGPRP) command again, then try the request again.
