No OptiConnect remote systems found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was issued for the OptiConnect verification test to be performed. The test found no remote systems connected.
Recovery . . . : This error could be due to one of the following:
--The OptiConnect subsystem is not running.
--The OptiConnect connection manager is down.
--All the OptiConnect hardware has failed.
--The OptiConnect hardware is not connected.
Verify that the QSOC Subsystem is running (WRKACTJOB command). Display the adapter status (WRKHDWRSC command) to check the status of the hardware.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : OptiConnect is not operational to all connected systems until the error is corrected.
