Open path rejected.

Cause . . . . . : This message is usually caused when the OptiConnect connection manager is unable to submit the OptiConnect API agent job, due to one of the following:
-- The user profile not being found on the remote system
-- The job description specified in the user profile is not found on the remote system.
This message may also be caused by a problem with the OptiConnect software, missing OptiConnect service, or different release or version levels.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the user profile name is on the remote system and, if a job description is specified in the user profile, verify that the job description is on the remote system. Also verify that all OptiConnect service (PTFs) has been applied. Then retry the QzdmOpenPath API. If the problem persists, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
