Parameter error on call to MSF API. Reason code &1.

Cause . . . . . : A parameter passing error occurred while trying to call the mail server framework (MSF) &2 API. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
10 -- Incorrect number of parameters specified
11 -- API format name specified is not correct
12 -- Return code structure is not correct
13 -- Descriptor list format name was not correct
14 -- User space cannot be extended as requested
20 -- Required parameter missing
99 -- Unknown error
The format name is &3. The number of parameters is &4.
