MSF API failed. MSF message identifier not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The mail server framework (MSF) &2 API was called with MSF message identifier &3. However, the message identifier could not be found.
This problem may be due to one of the following:
-- The message identifier parameter is not correct.
-- The Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API was not called to create the MSF message identifier.
-- The Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMsgId) API did not complete successfully for this message identifier.
-- The message identifier has already been processed by a MSF job and no longer exists on the system.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the MSF message has been correctly created and has not been processed by a MSF job. Specify an existing MSF message identifier. Then try the request again.
