User not authorized to directory or file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not have the necessary permissions (usually *RWX) to the directory or the file in the directory.
Recovery . . . : Be sure to provide the correct full path name and file name of the directory or file. If this is correct and the directory or the file is still inaccessible, ask the security administrator for authority to the directory or file in question.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : In order to export or import entire certificate stores, the user should have *RWX access to the necessary directories and files involved in the export or import operation.
