Enhanced Upgrade Assistant unable to function.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Enhanced Upgrade Assistant for i5/OS can not find required objects in library QUPGRADE.
Recovery . . . : If you are on the source system, use the set upgrade environment option on the UPGRADE2 menu. Specify the upgrade environment *UPGENVID and upgrade environment identifier desired, then retry the operation.
If you are not on the source system, restore the library QUPGRADE, and retry the operation.
