Holding the initial thread of a system job is not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : You have requested to hold the initial thread for system job &3/&2/&1. You are not allowed to hold the initial thread using this option.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message is sent when the Hold option was requested for the initial thread of a system job. The initial thread of a system job can not be ended, held, or released.
