Start Job Watcher did not complete successfully.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Start Job Watcher (STRJW) command encountered an error and did not complete successfully. Reason code is &1. The following reason codes indicate why the STRJW command did not complete successfully:
1 - Definition not found.
2 - Collection could not start due to invalid data selection criteria.
3 - Collection could not start due to invalid thread selection criteria.
4 - Collection could not start due to invalid condition selection criteria.
5 - Error encountered on call to user exit program.
Recovery . . . : Correct the values on the STRJW command and try the command again. Job Watcher definitions may be created using the Add Job Watcher Definition (ADDJWDFN) command.
