Conversion between CCSID &1 and the job's CCSID is not supported.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This problem occurs when the job CCSID is a single byte CCSID and the file CCSID is a double byte CCSID. This type of coversion is generally not supported.
Recovery . . . : Enter a valid Coded Character Set Identifier (CCSID) and try your request again. Valid CCSIDS are between 1 and 65535.
