Cannot find the guest user profile &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : API &1 failed. The guest user profile &3 could not be found because either the user profile does not exist or the user did not have the correct authority to the guest user profile. A minimum of &2 authority to the guest user profile specified is required.
Recovery . . . : After completing one of the following recommended recovery actions call the API again.
- Update the user profile used to call the API with the correct level of authority using the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command.
- Call the API using a user profile with the correct authority.
