Cause . . . . . : API &1 failed because of reason code &2. See the following for reason codes and their meanings:
1 - Could not retrieve the job number for the QZLSSERVER job.
Recovery . . . : After completing recovery for the specified reason code, call the API again.
1 - Retry the API, if the problem continues contact your service provider.
