Cause . . . . . : Object &2 is either a system state or an inherit state object. If this an attempt to sign a command object, the object calls system state programs and therefore must be signed by a system trusted source before it can be signed by anyone else.
Recovery . . . : Choose a different object to sign.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Return code is &1.
