Connection to system &1 rejected. Authentication level &2. Reason code &3.

Cause . . . . . : The attempt to establish a connection with the remote system has been rejected. One or both systems are not properly configured to support the authentication level requested. Reason codes and their meanings are:
-- 98 - Connection failed while attempting to accept a connection
-- 99 - Connection failed while attempting to establish a conneciton Information on other reason codes can be found in the documentation of the SSL_Handshake API.
Recovery . . . : Properly configure the Management Central function to support the requested authentication level.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Information on SSL API return codes can be found in library QSYSINC file H and member SSL.
