Collector communications error. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A collector communications error occurred. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
01 - The &2 collector job submission failed.
02 - The &2 collector job did not respond to the request.
03 - The &2 collector job is on job queue QSYS/QSYSNOMAX.
04 - The &2 collector job is not running.
09 - Unexpected error.
Recovery . . . : The collector job did not respond to the request within the expected time period. When a job is held on a job queue, its collection definition cannot be changed. Remove the job from the queue and try the command again.

For all other errors, see the previous messages in the joblog to determine what caused the failure. Correct the problem and try the command again.
