Request &1 is not allowed for cluster resource group &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The request &1 is not allowed for cluster resource group &2 because the status is &3. The status must be changed to complete the function.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
- If the request is to delete, start or change the cluster resource group and the status of the cluster resource group is active (10), end the cluster resource group and try the request again.
- If the request is to add a node to the recovery domain, the status of the cluster resource group is active (10), and you are adding a new primary node, end the cluster resource group and try the request again.
- If the request is to add a node to the recovery domain and you are not adding a new primary node to the recovery domain, ensure that the status of the cluster resource group is either active (10) or inactive (20).
- If the request is to initiate a switchover of the primary access point or end the cluster resource group, ensure that the status of the cluster resource group is active (10).
- If the request is to start the cluster resource group, ensure that the status of the cluster resource group is inactive (20).
- If the request is to distribute information, ensure that the status of the cluster resource group is not delete pending (510).
- If the request is to save the cluster resource group, ensure that the status of the cluster resource group is active (10) or inactive(20).
