Exit program failed during switch over of cluster resource group &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cluster resource group &1 in cluster &2 was being switched from primary node &3 to backup node &4. The exit program failed when called with an action code of switchover and failed again when called with an action code of undo. The application program was not restarted on node &3.
Recovery . . . : Determine why the exit program failed and correct that problem. Start cluster resource group &1 again.
