Node &1 cannot join cluster &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Node &1 has rejected a request to join cluster &2. The reason code is &3. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- The request was rejected because the Allow Add to Cluster (ALWADDCLU) network attribute on node &1 is set to *NONE. All cluster join requests will be rejected by node &1.
2 -- The exchange of digital certificates failed. Valid digital certificates must be exchanged between the nodes because the ALWADDCLU network attribute on node &1 is set to *RQSAUT.
Recovery . . . : Recovery actions for the reason codes are:
1 -- To allow cluster node &1 to join the cluster, the system administrator on node &1 can use the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) command to change the ALWADDCLU parameter to *ANY or *RQSAUT.
2 -- Matching digital certificates must exist for this cluster node and cluster node &1 if the ALWADDCLU network attribute on node &1 is set to *RQSAUT. Contact your system administrator to obtain a valid digital certificate or have the system administrator for node &1 use the CHGNETA command to change the ALWADDCLU parameter to *ANY or *NONE.
