Ownership of hardware associated with configuration object &1, type &4 cannot be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Ownership of one or more devices could not be transferred from node &2 for cluster resource group &3 because the configuration object is not varied off.
Recovery . . . : Vary off all the configuration objects in cluster resource group &3 and submit the request again.
