Message : CPFBB69
Primary node &1 not current owner of hardware resource &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cluster resource group &3 cannot be started if the hardware associated with the configuration objects in the cluster resource group are not all owned by the primary node. Hardware resource &2 is an I/O processor or a high-speed link I/O bridge. If the resource name is *NONE, the physical hardware has not been switched to this cluster node and a resource name is not known.
Recovery . . . : All devices must be owned by node &1 or the primary node of cluster resource group &3 must be changed to the node which does own all the devices. Switch device ownership to primary node &1 or change which node is the primary node and submit the request again. The Work With Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command can be used on the nodes in the recovery domain of cluster resource group &3 to determine which node owns resource &2. Configuration object resource names can be found by displaying the configuration objects on the primary node which are configured in the cluster resource group.
