Cluster node &1 cannot be added to device domain &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The node &1 specified cannot be added to device domain &2. The reason code is &3. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- The node being added to the device domain is not active.
2 -- An existing device domain member is partitioned.
3 -- There are no active nodes in the device domain.
Recovery . . . : Recovery actions for the reason codes are:
1 -- Start the cluster node being added to the device domain.
2 -- Run the request again when no nodes in the device domain are in a partitioned state.
3 -- Start one of the nodes in the existing device domain.
