Configuration object &1 still varied on.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ownership of hardware associated with cluster resource group &2 was being changed from node &3 to node &4. However, configuration object &1 is still varied on on node &3. Ownership cannot be changed when the hardware is varied on.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the hardware on node &3 and submit the request again. If this error occurred while failover was being attempted due to PWRDWNSYS on node &3, wait until node &3 has been powered down completely. Then change cluster resource group &2 to assign node &4 as the primary node and restart cluster resource group. Generally, cluster resource services on the node should be ended first before performing PWRDWNSYS.
