Message : CPFBBCF
Cluster message cannot be sent.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to send the message failed. The reason code is &1. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- Cluster Resource Services was not able to send the message to member &2 in the protocol group associated with cluster resource group &5.
2 -- Cluster Resource Services was not able to send the message to all members in the protocol group associated with cluster resource group &5.
3 -- Cluster Resource Services was not able to put the message on queue &3 in library &4.
4 -- Cluster Resource Services was not able to put the message on the results information queue for the current protocol for protocol group associated with cluster resource group &5.
Recovery . . . : Recovery actions for the reason codes are defined as follows:
1 -- Verify that &2 is the name of a member in the protocol group, if not, add it to the protocol group. If that does not solve the problem, contact your service representative.
2 -- Contact your service representative.
3 -- Verify that queue &3 in library &4 exists.
4 -- Verify that the results information queue exists. The results information queue must also be specified for the current protocol group protocol using the QcstProtocolManager API.
