Cannot connect to the service processor of the remote server or enclosure.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A connection to the service processor of the server associated with the network server configuration (NWSCFG) &1 cannot be made because of reason code &3. The associated network server description (NWSD) is &2.
Reason code:
01 -- Cannot find the service processor.
02 -- The connection was refused by the service processor. This can occur if the service processor's available connection(s) are occupied or if it is in a state that does not allow it to connect.
03 -- The synchronize request did not complete in the time allowed.
04 -- The request did not complete in the time allowed.
05 -- The remote system is a blade server of a BladeCenter associated with NWSCFG &4. The SP configuration name (SPNWSCFG) from NWSCFG &4 specifies a *SRVPRC NWSCFG that is associated with a BladeCenter that does not contain this blade server.
06 -- A service processor exception was detected.
Recovery . . . :
Reason code:
01 -- Ensure the service processor has power and is connected to the network. If it is contact your network administrator to determine if a network problem exists.
02 -- Ensure that other applications such as IBM Director Servers are not occupying the available connection(s) on the target service processor.
03 -- Retry the synchronize request.
04 -- Retry the request. If the request is a vary on try setting the activation timer (ACTTMR) in network server description &2 to a longer value before the next vary on operation.
05 -- Use the Change NWS Configuration (CHGNWSCFG) command to change the SP configuration name (SPNWSCFG) parameter of NWSCFG(&4) to the correct *SRVPRC NWSCFG that is associated with the BladeCenter that does contain this blade server.
06 -- Retry the request. Verify that the service processor has the latest level of firmware.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &5. This extended status value may assist service personnel in determining the cause of the problem.
