Cause . . . . . : One of these conditions exist:
-- The permanent virtual circuits logical channel identifier (PVCLGLCHLI parameter) value &1 is not defined for line description &2. A PVC logical channel identifier must be defined in the line description.
-- The PVCLGLCHLI &1 is not three hexadecimal characters.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following to correct the error and then try the request again:
-- Change or remove the PVC logical channel identifier that is in error from the circuit.
-- Add the PVC logical channel identifier to the specified line description.
