IPX circuit &1 was reset by the remote system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An indication was received from the remote system that resulted in IPX circuit &1 being reset.
Recovery . . . : Use the End IPX Circuit (ENDIPXCCT) CL command to end IPX circuit &1. Verify that the remote system is ready to communicate with the local system on circuit &1, then attempt to start the circuit again. To start a circuit use the Start IPX Circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The remote system sent an IPX Wide Area Network (WAN) version 2 (IW2) packet that was not expected by the local system.
The return code and associated data from IPX support is &2/&3.
