DBCS character string does not have even length.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A shift-in character was found in a DBCS subfield in a mixed character string, but the DBCS substring did not have an even number of bytes. The last byte of the DBCS substring is ignored.
Recovery . . . : Put an even number of bytes in the DBCS substring and try the request again.
