Subsystem does not end with other jobs on device.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The controlling subsystem &1 is ending to the restricted state, but there are jobs on this device which must be ended first. Check for group jobs, system request jobs, or disconnected jobs.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) command, press F14 to to include additional jobs. Use the End Job (ENDJOB) command to end the jobs so the subsystem goes into the restricted state.
