Attempt to convert SRM data failed

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to convert System Resource Management (SRM) data to a new SRM internal object when installing a new release. However, the data could not be converted due to an internal failure.
Recovery . . . : Since the conversion of System Resource Management (SRM) data could not be completed, the data that was contained on a previous release will be lost. The SRM internal objects will be rebuilt with data, which may indicate a change of configuration of the system. Verify that the configuration objects reflect the current configuration of the system.
