Starting position 1 assumed for change from *ANY compare value.

Cause . . . . . : The compare value of a routing entry is to be changed from *ANY and no starting position was specified on the command (CMPVAL parameter). The default starting position of 1 for the add routing request entry (ADDRTGE command) will be used.
