User profile &1 restored with STATUS set to *DISABLED.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made to restore user profile &1 with a STATUS of *ENABLED but a user entitlement is required for all enabled user profiles and a user entitlement was not currently available. The profile was restored as requested with the exception that the user profile's STATUS was set to *DISABLED.
Recovery . . . : Release a user entitlement by changing an enabled user profile to a STATUS of *DISABLED or delete an enabled user profile. Then use the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command to set the STATUS for user profile &1 to *ENABLED.
