User profile &1 changed to STATUS of *DISABLED.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A user entitlement is required for all enabled user profiles but a user entitlement was not currently available for user profile &1.
Recovery . . . : Release a user entitlement by changing an enabled user profile to a STATUS of *DISABLED or delete an enabled user profile. Then use the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command to set the STATUS for user profile &1 to *ENABLED.
