Message queue &1 in library &2 was deleted and created again.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 was stored on a damaged area of the disk. Messages cannot be recovered from the damaged area. The authority to message queue &1 was returned to the authority shipped with the system. The message queue full action was set to the action shipped with the system. The authority and the message queue full action cannot be restored because they are stored with the message queue. All locks on the message queue were also lost.
Recovery . . . : Change message queue &1 in &2 to the authority and the message queue full action you had previously assigned.
