Not authorized to access the remote system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection to the remote system was not established due to one of the following conditions:
-- Specified password was not correct.
-- Specified user ID was not correct.
-- Your access to the remote database has been removed.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the password and user ID are correct. If they are, contact the remote database owner for proper authority.
