Sort sequence table contains substitution characters.

Cause . . . . . : The sort sequence table for file &1 in library &2 was converted with substitution characters for reason &4. The reason codes are:
1 - The sort sequence table provided by the user was converted to the CCSID of the key field.
2 - The sort sequence table was converted to the CCSID of the join (JFLD) and join duplicate sequence (JDUPSEQ) field.
3 - The sort sequence table was converted to the CCSID of select/omit field &3.
Recovery . . . : No recovery necessary.
