Spooled files exist on output queue QSPRCLOUTQ in library QRCL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Spooled files that were on output queues that were damaged or destroyed have been moved to output queue QSPRCLOUTQ.
Recovery . . . : Create the destroyed output queue(s) using the create output queue (CRTOUTQ) command. Then move the spooled files back to the newly-created output queue using the change spooled file attributes (CHGSPLFA) command. For more information display the message queue of the owner of the spooled file.
If the spooled files on the QSPRCLOUTQ output queue are not needed, they may be removed from the system using the clear output queue (CLROUTQ) command. This message will continue to be issued at every IPL until the QSPRCLOUTQ contains no spooled files.
