Time conversion error &1 occurred.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal error occurred when converting a time value to or from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Reason codes and their meanings follow:
Reason code 3547 -- Time zone cache list pointer not set.
Reason code 3548 -- Time zone cache list failure.
Reason code 3549 -- Time zone cache list entry failure.
Reason code 3550 -- A time zone cache list entry does not exist.
Reason code 3551 -- A time value could not be converted.
Recovery . . . : This message indicates possible damage on the system. If the problem continues an IPL may be necessary. If after an IPL, the problem still continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
