Cause . . . . . : *SERVICE was specified for the device (DEV) parameter on the Load PTF (LODPTF) command, but the save file for PTF &1-&2 was not found.
Recovery . . . : Determine if this PTF is necessary. If necessary, order the PTF using the Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command.
