Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Program temporary fix (PTF) &1-&2 &3 has special instructions that need to be followed before you apply or remove the PTF.
Recovery . . . : Display the PTF cover letter for PTF &1-&2 &3 using the Display PTF (DSPPTF) command to determine what special instructions must be followed. If the cover letter does not exist, order the cover letter for the PTF using the Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command.
