Agreement not accepted for *MCHCOD.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The software agreement for *MCHCOD was not accepted. An upgrade to release &4 will not be allowed without first accepting this software agreement. *MCHCOD refers to all machine code to be installed on the target release, which includes Licensed Internal Code.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Select the Work with Software Agreements option from the Prepare for install menu to read and accept the software agreement for *MCHCOD.
-- Contact your service representative to return your distribution media.
