Device file &1 in &3 not created.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A communications file definition was not completely converted. File definition &1 from data dictionary &2 was converted to DDS source. The source was stored in member &1 of source file QIDDSSPICF in library &3, but the source was not successfully used to create device file &1 in library &3. Until a device file is created, file definition &1 is not available for program use.
Recovery . . . : Review the DDS source for this file definition and make any needed corrections. Then use the CRTICFF command to create the device file &1 in library &3 again.
