Unmatched shift-out character on output to a work station.

Cause . . . . . :
A shift-out character (X'0E') was found during an output operation to a work station, but a shift-in character (X'0F') was not found before the end of the data.
The last character found in the output data stream was only one byte long and was not a shift-in character.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and then try the request again.
