Communication link not started on line &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to start a communication link for line &2 for writer &1 was not allowed. The reason code is &5. The reason codes and their meanings are:
01 - A link is already established to the adapter through another writer. This could be caused by another device description having the same address of the adapter.
Recovery: To use writer &1, determine which other writer on the system is currently printing to &4, End that writer, and start writer &1 to device &4.
02 - No lines were found in the switched line list parameter for device &4.
Recovery: Use the Work Device Description (WRKDEVD) command to enter the name of a switched line in the switched line list parameter.
Recovery . . . : See the recovery listed for the reason code which was received and follow the recovery listed for that reason code.
