USEOPTBLK parameter ignored.

Cause . . . . . : USEOPTBLK parameter was ignored for one of the following reasons. The condition code of &5 indicates the cause:
1 -- Save would not allow optimum block size to be used. A target release may have been specified on the TGTRLS parameter on the save command but the target release does not support the use of optimum block size and USEOPTBLK(*YES) was specified or a command was issued that does not support the use of optimum block size.
2 -- CD-ROM mastering does not allow the use of optimum block size and USEOPTBLK(*YES) was specified.
3 -- Changes in the value to optimum block size are only allowed on the initial file open of a save command.
Recovery . . . : Condition code &5 indicates the cause and possible resolutions:
1 -- Determine why save would not allow optimum block size. Do not specify to use optimum block size in conjunction with specifying a target release that does not support optimum block size processing.
2 -- Do not specify USEOPTBLK(*YES) when CD-ROM mastering is occurring.
3 -- Do not attempt to change the value of optimum block processing at any open other than the initial file open.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If USEOPTBLK(*NO) was specified on the command, then it may have been changed through a tape management interface or through a data area interface.
