Process initialization parameter data contains field length that is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The process initialization parameter (PIP) data received with a program start request contains a field length that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Contact the remote system to have the program sending the program start request changed to specify the correct data length. Then have the program send the program start request for program &1 in library &2 again.
