Cause . . . . . : The local system and the remote system have incompatible HPR link level error recovery capabilities.
Recovery . . . : If you must use HPR support between these systems, vary controller &1 off (VRYCFG command), and refer to the APPN Users Guide to determine which IOPs are compatible for HPR use.
