Incoming X.25 call for Controller &24 was rejected by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming X.25 call on line &23 for controller &24 was rejected by the local system. The call was rejected because at the time the call was received controller &24 was not in the proper state to receive the call. Possible reasons for this are:
Controller &24 was already in use.
Controller &24 may be inoperative due to an error.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine the current status of controller &24. Do one or more of the following:
If controller &24 is in Varied on or Active status, wait for the controller to become available.
If controller &24 is in recovery pending (RCYPND) status display the system operator's message queue (DSPMSG command) to find the error message associated with the controller. Follow the recovery for the message.
Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary the controller description off and then on again.
Contact the remote system operator to retry the call when the controller is in vary on pending status.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The X.25 cause code associated with the call is &41 (&43). The X.25 diagnostic code associated with the call is &42 (&44).
The error code is &40: The controller is not in a valid state for the incoming X.25 call.
00000012 -- Status of controller &24 is not valid for the call.
00000013 -- Controller &24 is currently awaiting ELLC virtual circuit reconnection, and is not currently eligible to accept a new call.
