Device &25 on controller &24 on line &23 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device failed for one of the following reasons:
-If device &25 is a local twinaxial workstation, the controller detected an entry that was not valid in the twinaxial keyboard translation table for the device.
-If device &25 is a local ASCII workstation, the controller has determined that the ASCII to keyboard function mapping table for the device does not fit into its assigned space. Too much data or too many entries have been specified in the table.
-If device &25 is not a local workstation, an internal system failure may have occurred.
Recovery . . . : If device &25 is a local workstation that has a customization object specified in the device description, verify that the table attributes in the source file for the customization object are correct. If the data in the customization object is not correct, edit the source file for the customization object, make corrections, and create the customization object again. Then, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary device &25 off and then on again.
If the problem continues, or if device &25 is not a local workstation, use the VRYCFG command to vary controller &24 and all attached devices off. Then vary the controller on again specifying reset (RESET parameter) as yes (*YES) if allowed.
If the problem continues, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to describe and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40.
