Attempt to lock device &25 during recovery failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During a recovery attempt, it was necessary to lock device &25. However, the lock attempt timed out, and the lock attempt failed.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to vary device &25 off and then on. If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
